When you go to the school cafeteria you will find bacon sandwiches, salchipapas, papas rellenas and some other oily food. If you see around you are going to see many heavy children eating them. This is a big issue we are facing in our school, the obesity because of the consuming of these kinds of food and this may lead to diabetes. It is important to know how much we care of our own health and the kind of food we eat to live without any health problem. Knowing this you can, even, help your relatives or friends. I propose three things to do: First, get all the necessary information about obesity: cause and consequence. Then, make a food pyramid where you are going to indicate the food to eat and its servings, and finally, make a list of food item to be sold in the school cafeteria.
