INTERVIEW II

By Teacher Walter Nilo Rodríguez Herrera

TV PRESENTER:

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. I’m Pedro Perez from Channel 9. Today, we’re going to talk about the new project “Let’s live in the Moon”

As you probably know, NASA has selected one Peruvian school student to travel in the space shuttle “HOPE” to the moon. And here we have the chosen student from Piura: Martin Seminario

Hi Martin, could you tell us about this project?

INTERVIEWED:

Hello, everybody. Thanks for inviting me to your program. Well, what can I tell you. I’m very happy because I was selected to be part of the team to travel to the moon. But at the same time, I’m very worried because it’s a great responsibility.

TV PRESENTER:

What is the project about?

INTERVIEWED:

Well, it’s about looking for a possible place to live in the space. You know, if there is an overpopulation, we will live in another planet. Maybe in the moon.

TV PRESENTER: Will you live in another planet?

INTERVIEWED: Of course, if I have the choice, I will do it.

TV PRESENTER: When is your training going to start?

INTERVIEWED:   I’m going to travel to USA next week.

TV PRESENTER: Thanks a lot.

INTERVIEWED: You’re welcome.
